Are the applications easy to use?

Of course, we’ve deliberately designed them that way. The standard requirement for use is a basic PC or Mac with browser software e.g. Internet Explorer or Safari. The interfaces are also compatible with electronic tablets and can be accessed via visual display equipment such as a digital projector or TV.

Will the applications become obsolete?

Unlike many other software companies, we develop our products based on the HTML platform, almost eradicating the risk of obsolescence.

How do I update and maintain my interface?

We do this for you so that you don’t have to waste valuable time, money and resource and can concentrate on the job in hand.

How do I buy and upgrade?

As all our products are fully customisable and built around your needs, we will quote you on a project-by-project basis and utilise a purchase order system. Of course, if you have already purchased one of our products, you will know how great they are and may want to add to your existing package. That’s not a problem.
